1. Inspection of the welding robot body:
2. The robot body and control box are equipped with lithium batteries for servo motor encoder data backup. The battery life varies with the working environment. When it exceeds two years, it is necessary to replace the battery. Otherwise, the motor encoder data will be lost and the origin needs to be readjusted. Before replacement, the teaching data needs to be backed up to prevent the loss of the teaching program and setting parameters.
3. Check if the original marks of each axis are overlapped.
4. Check if each axis runs smoothly and stably during automatic and manual operation.
5. Check if the robot safety switch and emergency stop switch are normal.
6. Check if the wire feeding mechanism is stable.
7. Check if the speed reduction mechanism is worn.
8. Adjust the tension of the toothed belt.
9. Add lubricating oil to the three axes TW, BW, and RW (normal butter is not allowed to be added to the oil hole).
