The Shipbuilding T-Bar Assembly and Tack Welding Integrated Machine integrates both assembly and tack welding functions into a single unit, combining previously separated processes into one streamlined operation. This effectively reduces errors caused by workpiece transfer and repeated positioning, while improving overall fabrication accuracy.The machine is capable of assembling and tack welding both centered-web and offset-web T-bars, meeting the requirements of mass production for ship hull structural components and providing a solid foundation for subsequent welding and assembly processes.The panel input roller conveyor and alignment system enable panel conveying and automatic centering. The web plate loading and turning device completes web plate storage, 90° rotation, and pre-assembly of T-bar components.After precise positioning, welding parameters are centrally managed by a digital control system. Welding current, travel speed, and welding angle no longer require repeated manual adjustment, significantly improving weld consistency and eliminating common issues associated with manual tack welding, such as uneven tack points and quality fluctuations.

This integrated machine can be seamlessly integrated into Zhoxiang’s complete T-Bar production line or deployed independently in a modular configuration according to the workshop layout.
