  1. 1.Analysis of the cause of the failure of the throwing head bearing and measures to be taken The main faults of the throwing head bearing in the production process of the shot blasting machine are: non-standard installation, lack of lubricating oil, fatigue wear, external force damage, etc. Corresponding measures: Stop the device in strict accordance with the standard and regularly overhaul the bearings, add lubricating oil, and improve the lubricating conditions. The bearing body of the original throwing head adopts a high-pressure gun oil supply method. It takes 3 hours to fill the 8 throwing heads with lubricating oil, which is not safe and wastes time. Nowadays, the bearing parts of each throwing head are connected through high-pressure steel wire hoses and automatically refueled by the high-pressure oil pump. It only takes 10 minutes to fill the 8 throwing heads with lubricating oil, which is safe and efficient. Whether the lubricating oil is properly selected will directly affect the service life and good mechanical properties of the shot blasting machine. Generally, the surface temperature of the shot blasting head bearing is not easy to exceed 60°. The modified sulfo polymer grease 1615EN is used, which has super anti-corrosion Water-based; anti-corrosion; high temperature resistance (100° higher than ordinary lithium-based grease), long service life.   2. 2.Analysis of the cause of blade damage and measures to be taken The blade of the shot blasting machine is constantly impacted by most of the projectiles thrown out, so the blade is the most vulnerable part of the shot blasting machine. Worn or cracked blades will cause the impeller to vibrate when it rotates at high speed. It is found that the blades have deep grooves or more than half of the wear should be replaced in time. In addition, the casting defects of the blades will inevitably accelerate the wear of the blades. Because the blades with casting defects will cause the projectiles to bounce during the movement, the bouncing projectiles will in turn scour the blades and aggravate the wear of the blades. In order to ensure the stability of the shot blasting machine, the replacement of the blades must be done in pairs, that is, the blades opposite to the unsuitable blades must be replaced at the same time to obtain a good dynamic balance. If the blade problem of the shot blasting machine causes the shot head to work abnormally, all the blades should be replaced, and the blades with casting defects must not be used.   3. 3.Damage and replacement of the shot wheel The shot wheel is fixed on the main shaft and rotates with the impeller. The shot wheel is a vulnerable part. When the shot wheel wears more than 15 mm, it should be replaced in time. If it continues to be used, the radial scattering angle of the projectile will be affected. It will increase and accelerate the wear of the guard plate and reduce the clearing effect.
  4. 4.Damage and replacement of the impeller The impeller of the shot blasting machine is fixed on the separation disc by 8 bolts. In order to ensure the stability of the operation, the impeller should be checked regularly for shaking, check the roundness and weight of the impeller disc, and find wear If it is serious, it must be replaced in time, because the wear of the impeller will cause greater vibration and damage the shot blasting machine box and liner, and the uneven separation surface between the impeller and the separation disc will easily cause great vibration.
  5. 5.Inspection, replacement and modification of the sealing material of the shot blasting machine There is a seal made of rubber material. Due to mechanical vibration, some projectiles impact the rubber pad, which often causes the gasket to break down and overflow a large number of projectiles. The gasket must be replaced in time. The polyurethane plate is now used instead of the rubber plate as the gasket. Polyurethane board has high elasticity, strength, excellent wear resistance, oil resistance, strong fatigue resistance and vibration resistance, and has good application effect.
  6. 6.Inspection and replacement of end guards and side guards The end guards and side guards of the shot blasting machine are fixed inside the shot blasting machine box to protect the shot blasting machine box. The end guards are connected by 4 trapezoidal bolts. If the trapezoidal bolts are deformed during inspection, they should be replaced in time; if the end guards are worn and have cracks or obvious grooves, they should be replaced in time. The upper and lower separation surfaces of the side guards are severely worn or cracked, and should be replaced in time; the fastening bolts of the side guards of the shot blasting machine must be tightened in the outer grooves to prevent the side guards from falling off.
  7. 7.Problems in the dust removal system and measures to be taken The shot blasting machine adopts the bag type dust removal system. During the operation of the shot blasting machine, the operator passes the handle on the dust collector to clean the dust once an hour, and shakes the handle more than 10 times each time. After the shot blasting machine stops running, the operator manually opens the ash outlet at the bottom of the bag bag machine to remove the accumulated ash. 3) The dust removal chamber body or the dust removal pipeline is not tightly sealed, and all parts should be sealed.

4) The dust collector and the array mechanism are not activated or are activated less frequently, and the dust blocks the bag. The dust attached to the bag should be cleaned up in time.

  1. 8.Problems in the separator system and measures to be taken The main function of the separator of the shot blasting machine is to separate dust, pellets and fine pellets. If the air volume of the separator is too large or too small, it is not conducive to production. When the air volume is too large, it is easy to cause the waste pellets discharged from the separator to contain coarser available pellets, and when the air volume is insufficient, it is easy to cause the dust to not be discharged normally. When the air volume is too large, the air volume regulating valve should be adjusted to reduce the air supply volume. When the air volume is insufficient, 

(1) If there are fine pellets that should be separated, the separator should be checked and the baffle should be adjusted to increase the air volume of the separator;

(2) The position of the sliding slope of the separator is biased, and the position of the inclined plate should be properly adjusted to increase the air volume;

(3) The total air volume of the dust collector is low, and the main valve should be adjusted to increase the air volume.
