This machine absorbs the abroad advanced manufacturing experience, extremely suitable for heavy work piece with high and stable strip cladding and narrow gap welding.

This welding rotator is similar with the general rotator, it drives the rollers and then drives the work-piece rotating. The roller of this rotator has large loading capacity, the two roller base can be moved by bolt holes to suitable for the work-piece with different diameter, which is convenient for adjusting.

1. 1.Drivingroller frame and idler roller frame box-shaped base structure by good force, not easily deformed, can move freely on the track to adjust the distance between the roller frame, and can be easily fixed to the rail, positioning accuracy, easy to adjust.
2. 2. Roller material is high-strength steel castings ZG45, having a large strength and wear-resistant, long life and other characteristics, suitable for large and heavy work-piece.
3. 3.It adopts double driving, the 2 rollers are driven by 2 sets of motor via reducer, withstepless speed adjust by frequency converter.
4. 4. It adopts elevating type for anti-creep, by using one roller’s up and down work to adjust center distance of work piece to coincide with center line of rotator, thus to realize anti-creep purpose.
5. 5.The sensor adopts Germany NOVO Company’s high precision displacement sensor with high precision, long service lifeand good linearity etc.  
6. 6. Electric control system equipped Siemens or ABB low voltage device, with high stability and strong anti-jamming capability.
7. 7. It is equipped with detector which can test axial movement professionally and can calculate according to detection signal to control the creeping amount of work-piece. This device is easy to install and convenient to adjust.

A1: The conventional welding rotators is driven by two sets AC variable-frequency synchronously, which can provide a large driving torque and ensure the smooth rotation of the tanks. Compared with ordinary motors, variable frequency motor has  lower noise and smaller electromagnetic vibration.

A2: Schneider AC variable frequency governor is mainly used to control and adjust the speed of three-phase AC asynchronous motors, with stable performance, rich combination functions, good dynamic  characteristics, super overload capacity and unparalleled flexibility.  The linear speed of the roller is 100-1000 mm/min, the adjustment  response accuracy is high, and the speed operation is stable and  reliable.

A3: The high-standard electrical control box has neat wiring and clear grounding signs.The operation panel has the functions of forward、reverse and stop. The speed is adjusted by the rotary button and displayed on the display screen.

A4: Compared with ordinary rubber wheels, PU rollers have better bearing effect, wear resistance, acid resistance and high temperature resistance.

A5: Compared with ordinary bearings, the imported bearings has the advantages of higher limit speed, higher load resistance, lower noise and longer service life. Greatly improved the quality of our products.
