50T HEAD AND TAIL POSITIONER(SPECIAL ORDER)

This positioner is head and tail positioner adopting with fixed way. Tail frame adopts with Electric mobile way. I t can suitable for different length  workpiece. The workpiece can overturn by head frame driving device, so that it can make the best posito n to weld ing conveniently. Meanwhile the  equipment can be combined with other welding equipment to achieve automatic welding. It can increase productive efficiency and improve quality.  It is one of the necessary equipments for welding large ton workpiece.　　
This machine has two functions: one is elevating, another is moving. Elevating adopts four screws to lift the synchro lifing. Moving adopts  motor reducer driving roller to move freely on track. It feature s stable elevating, flexible moving and so on. It is one of the installation and the  operation of the necessary equipment.
