3.Stepless variable frequency speed control
A1: When running at full load, the pressure on the contact surface between the guide wheel and the guide rail is large. Increase the contact area between the guide wheel and the guide rail to reduce the pressure, balance the pressure through the guide wheels in multiple directions, and reduce the friction during the lifting process.
A2: The overturning of the L arm and the rotation of the workpiece all adopt the slewing bearing rotation structure. Different from the ordinary bearing, the slewing bearing can make the stress evenly distributed on the larger diameter steel ring, which greatly improves the rotation.
A3: The worktable rotation speed is adjusted by VFD,the adjustment response accuracy is high,and the speed operation is stable and reliable.
A3: The operation panel has the functions of ·up、down、tilting、 forward、reverse and stop. The speed is adjusted by the rotary button and displayed on the display screen.
